Originally founded in 1881, Stockyards is one of the last remaining historic properties to be redeveloped in Atlanta. Located in West Midtown, the property will add office, restaurant, and entertainment to one of the Southeast's top dining and retail destinations. Construction was led by Gay Construction Company, who has renovated historic buildings like 255 Ottley. They utilized long-lasting Ipe cladding to accent the building's history. The sharp angle of the building's corner seems to point straight towards downtown Atlanta, which is only a stone's throw away.
