After this 1980's home in Sandy Springs, GA was purchased, renovations quickly began. Starting with the exterior, the majority of the home was power washed and painted a striking charcoal color. The backyard deck received a major overhaul with the construction of a giant Cumaru hardwood deck. Using different patterns and transition boards was a great way to segment the expansive outdoor space.
