MILITARY TRAILER FLOORING

OHC has provided Apitong/Keruing flooring for the military since the 1970s. In 1998, the U.S. Army TACOM specified that all U.S. military trailers must meet or exceed the strength ratings OHC developed for our trailer flooring. Today, we are the only company capable of producing to those standards. Our strong and durable flooring reliably supports tanks, Humvees, trucks, and other heavy equipment, making sure our troops get where they’re needed. Our flooring innovations increase longevity and reduce maintenance, and our long track record of speedy response time means we keep the military on the go.

OUR COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY & COMPLIANCE

At OHC, sustainability isn’t just a goal—it’s our standard. As a third-generation company, we’ve built long-standing partnerships with mills across Southeast Asia, South America, and Africa, prioritizing ethical sourcing and long-term forest stewardship. Every hardwood product we sell is backed by a commitment to responsible forestry, legal compliance, and environmental accountability.

We conduct species-level risk assessments, personally visit supply bases, and work with trusted third-party inspection agencies to verify every step of the process. Our sourcing complies with international and U.S. regulations, including CITES, the Lacey Act, and guidelines from the USDA APHIS and CBP. We maintain full chain of custody documentation for each shipment, ensuring transparency from forest to facility.

Our commitment to sustainability protects not only global forests, but also the communities, customers, and industries that depend on them.
