CUSTOM TRAILER FLOORING

All trailers are not built the same!  OHC produces custom trailer flooring at our advanced Stockton, AL and Lufkin, TX facilities. From flooring patterns to specialty nailers, we have the capabilities to craft to your exact specs with in-house tooling, precise milling, and the expertise to exceed your standards.

Precision-End Trimming

Precision end-trimming delivers a superior, fit-for-purpose solution for trailer flooring. Boards can be milled to exact widths, thicknesses, and grain orientation for optimal load-bearing and durability, while precision-trimmed ends ensure tight seams that reduce movement, moisture ingress, and vibration. This minimizes on-site fitting time and waste.

CNC Capabilities

CNC capabilities deliver high-precision, repeatable parts that fit exactly to trailer specs, reducing on-site trimming and installation time. CNC machining enables complex cuts and integrated features. The result is less material waste, faster production turnaround, consistent quality across batches, and a more durable, safer flooring solution that lowers life cycle costs and meets strict fleet or regulatory requirements.

Custom Moulding

Custom moulding capabilities enables tailored edge profiles from shiplap, T & G, and more that speed installation and improve sealing against moisture and debris. Moulded components ensure uniform tolerances, reduce the need for secondary machining, and allow for built-in features resulting in a cohesive, durable flooring system with fewer weak points, lower installation labor, reduced waste, and enhanced long-term performance and fleet appearance.

Pre Drilling

Pre-Drilling

Pre-drilling streamlines installation and improves fastening accuracy with precisely located, countersunk, or clearance holes matched to hardware and mounting patterns. Pre-drilled holes reduce on-site labor and alignment errors, minimize wood splitting and fastener wear, and ensure consistent clamping and load transfer. This leads to faster assembly, fewer reworks, lower installation costs, and a more secure, longer-lasting flooring system.

OUR COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY & COMPLIANCE

At OHC, sustainability isn’t just a goal—it’s our standard. As a third-generation company, we’ve built long-standing partnerships with mills across Southeast Asia, South America, and Africa, prioritizing ethical sourcing and long-term forest stewardship. Every hardwood product we sell is backed by a commitment to responsible forestry, legal compliance, and environmental accountability.

We conduct species-level risk assessments, personally visit supply bases, and work with trusted third-party inspection agencies to verify every step of the process. Our sourcing complies with international and U.S. regulations, including CITES, the Lacey Act, and guidelines from the USDA APHIS and CBP. We maintain full chain of custody documentation for each shipment, ensuring transparency from forest to facility.

Our commitment to sustainability protects not only global forests, but also the communities, customers, and industries that depend on them.
