Situated on, you guessed it, 1010 West 10th St., the 3 story, 14 residence condo was developed by JB Cumby Construction and designed by Alterstudio. The entire complex was wrapped with a mix of 31,784 lf of Horizontal Garapa siding and 19,642 lf of Vertical Ipe Siding. Oiled before it was installed, the warm brown tones of the two tropical hardwoods surrounding the outside turn heads of those walking or driving by. The siding was custom-milled to a tex-gap profile: which has a tongue and groove to lock the boards in place while still giving the appearance of a shiplap siding.
